Kepa CEO to Step Aside

Kepa co-founder and chief executive Jeff Page, has announced he will step aside from his CEO role saying, “…it is an opportune time for Kepa to transition to new leadership”.

A veteran of the industry with more than 40-years’ experience, Page has led Kepa since it was formed with the merger of TNP and Ginger Group in 2014.

Page said he will lead the dealer’s management team until a replacement is recruited after which he intends to remain a shareholder, director and be closely engaged with the company in an ongoing advisory capacity.

“With the impending transition of regulatory responsibility from individual advisers to Financial Advice Providers, Kepa’s advisory solutions are more relevant than ever,” said Page.

“It is right that fresh ideas and thinking are brought to bear on what is a significant opportunity for the group,” he added.

Chairman David Johnstone confirmed the board had started their search for a new chief executive.
