Strategi Institute has reported a strong demand for its two-day Compliance Officer course, designed for future financial advice providers (FAPs).
Both Auckland courses for July have sold out since they were announced on 29 May and an additional course in Auckland has since been scheduled for the 18 and 19 September.
Strategi stated it designed the course after consulting with industry stakeholders and it aims to meet the needs of compliance officers, managers, business owners and advisers who want to equip themselves with the knowledge to build and maintain their own compliance framework for the new FAP licensing regime.
The focus of the course is on understanding a FAP’s obligations relating to the relevant legislation, regulation and codes, and building a compliance assurance programme.
Strategi Group Executive Director, David Greenslade, will facilitate the workshops and says he is delighted at the positive response and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience gained over 20 plus years of designing and managing compliance frameworks.
