AIA Releases Updated Vitality App

AIA has launched a new Vitality app that its Chief Customer Officer, Angela Busby, says will create a more seamless experience for its users.

She says the refreshed app has a new look and feel, increased security, a new ‘wallet’ to access rewards, a streamlined age assessment, and a new financial wellbeing assessment.

“Throughout the first five years of AIA Vitality, we have worked hard to continually enhance and develop the programme for our members,” says Busby.

“The new app will take this a step further, making it even easier [for members] to engage with the programme, track their health journey, and earn rewards.”

The new app is available to all AIA customers who have added AIA Vitality to any eligible life, trauma, disability, income protection or health insurance.
