Partners Life has announced a Private Medical Cover premium increase of 2% for new and existing business from late January.
In an Adviser Update the insurer says that it regularly reviews its Private Medical Cover premiums throughout the year “…to ensure the quality and sustainability of our benefits.”
It says that as a result of its most recent review, underlying premium rates will increase by 2% for new and existing business under:
- Partners Life Journey Plan Private Medical Cover (including Specialists and Tests and any other selected options)
- Partners Protection Plan Private Medical Cover (including the Specialists and Tests Option)
The increase will take effect on January 22, 2026.
Partners Life says its last Private Medical Cover premium adjustment under the Partners Protection Plan was in October 2025.
