Of Gilmore, AIA NZ says that since joining the company in 2023 as an AIA Vitality Coach, he has demonstrated his passion for health, wellbeing, and adviser success.

“His transition to Northern Region Manager, Business Development, showcased his leadership and strategic acumen. With a strong background in coaching, training, and sales, [Gilmore] is well-positioned to support the retail sales team and drive continued growth across the business,” it says.

Carley Ellis

Ellis has nearly 20 years of experience in New Zealand’s financial services industry, and AIA says she brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in business development, financial advice and leadership.

“Her unique blend of front-line experience and entrepreneurial insight will be instrumental in strengthening AIA NZ’s aligned advice partnerships and supporting advisers to deliver better outcomes for New Zealanders.”

The company says Hepper has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has spent the past 15 years contributing to the growth of Corporate Solutions at AIA NZ.

Sarah Hepper

It says her expertise and passion for this sector make her a natural fit for this channel, adding she is excited to “…continue supporting advisers to become leaders in this growing segment of AIA’s insurance offering.”

AIA says Russell  brings a deep understanding of the home loan market and has extensive experience working alongside home loan advisers.
