AIA NZ is the Major Partner for Tottenham Hotspur’s return to New Zealand with the team set to face Auckland FC in Auckland in July as part of the New Zealand International Football Festival.
AIA says the fixture at Eden Park, on Sunday July 26, will open Tottenham Hotspur’s 2026 pre-season tour. It marks the iconic club’s first visit to New Zealand in 50 years, before the team travels to Australia for the Sydney Super Cup.
The insurer says that “bringing together two clubs with passionate fan bases, the match will also be a milestone for Auckland FC, which will meet Premier League opposition for the first time. It offers New Zealand football fans a rare chance to see international club football on home soil.”
AIA is the Global Principal Partner of Tottenham Hotspur FC.
