The second of two webinars on how financial advisers can develop stress resilience will be held Wednesday, 28 July by the Wellbeing Wokshop with the support of Financial Advice NZ.
The webinar, which starts at 10am, will begin with a recap of key points from webinar one – held last week – and then go on to explore the competencies that build resilience.
The host is Dr Sarah Ferguson, Executive Director of Breathe Repeat. She holds a PhD in Computational Optics from the University of Georgia as well as two BSc (Cum Laude) in Physics. Her classes incorporate intelligent sequencing, mindfulness, and a chance to unwind the body and mind.
