Cigna NZ has appointed Peter Mensah to its distribution team as a Business Partnership Manager based in Auckland.
“A well-known and respected face in the adviser market, Peter brings close to 20 years’ industry experience to Cigna,” says the firm’s David Haak, General Manager Distribution.
Mensah spent 14 years at Fidelity Life where he held a variety of roles including National Sales Manager. Most recently he was the Distribution Manager at PIC Insurance Brokers.
Haak says Mensah’s experience of working closely with financial advisers over many years will bring a fresh perspective to Cigna.
“Peter has an impressive set of skills, relationships and an energy that will be critical for Cigna’s business as it continues to go from strength to strength,” he says.
Mensah took up his new role on 8 November.
