Strategi Institute has launched a new generation of Radar, the firm’s online learning platform.

Developed as a one-stop solution for continuing professional development (CPD) in the financial services and related industries, Radar has been updated due to increasing training demands in the sector.

New features include simpler navigation, faster access to content, enriched reporting, and new interactive training plans allowing students to work in groups and interact in real time.

Altaf Shaikh, Head of Strategi Institute, says: “Radar is now more accessible with options for single sign-on and the ability for organisations to have an overview of their workforce performance – making it easier to spot training gaps, respond accordingly and ultimately boost productivity.

“These enhancements will help us to reach even more Radar subscribers, making Radar far and away the largest online learning platform for the financial services sector.”

The Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services came into effect on 15 March 2021 and emphasises the importance of continuing professional development.

“Quality training is more important than ever and the penalties for getting things wrong as an adviser or industry professional are far more severe,” says David Greenslade, Executive Director of Strategi Group.

Strategi Institute’s courses are developed by the industry, for the industry, and the institute has a ranking as an NZQA ‘Category 1’ education organisation – the highest rating available from NZQA. Training solutions cover all professional services; lawyers, accountants, lenders, and real estate agents can also benefit from the flexible study options.
