The first in a series of six regional roadshows by Financial Advice NZ starts this week with the first being held in Nelson on Thursday 26 May.
Each event will feature a guest speaker, provide an opportunity for networking, and cover issues such as industry legislation, professional insurance liability, and there will be a presentation from the FMA about full FAP licencing.
“We are looking forward to meeting you in person and having the time to network together and share our experiences with each other. We hope you can take a morning out and join us for a few hours,” says Financial Advice NZ CEO Katrina Shanks.
Each event will run from 9am to 1pm, the cost is $20 for member and $50 for non-members.
The programme of roadshows is:

- 17 June, Hamilton
- 23 June, Christchurch
- 30 June, Dunedin
