Privacy Commissioner Michael Webster is to discuss breach reporting, biometrics, and other privacy issues during an FSC webinar to be held in November.
Webster took up the role of Privacy Commissioner in July and previously worked in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet for 14 years.
Facilitating the webinar is Sue Peart, Senior Manager & Data Protection, ANZ NZ.
For the past 13 years Peart has worked in regulatory compliance in the financial services sector, and for six of those specialised in privacy compliance.
