Fidelity Life Acting CEO Ian Clancy has made two temporary appointments to his executive team.

Head of Delivery Ruth Goldwater is now Acting Chief Operating Officer, replacing Clancy, and Head of People Performance Jacqui Allwright is Acting Chief People Officer. Both appointments are for a period of six months and began on 3 April.

“The next six months are crucial as several of our key projects near their conclusion, and we continue investing in our people at a time when skilled talent is in short supply,” says Clancy.

Allwright has been leading Fidelity Life’s people function for 12 months.

Clancy says she has modernised the company’s people experience, including its employee engagement programme, talent development framework and health and safety management plan.

Allwright is currently leading the rollout of a new HRIS platform.
