New Leaders Appointed to AIA’s Customer Division

AIA NZ has made two key appointments to its customer division, reporting to Chief Customer Officer Angela Busby.

Maddie Sherlock has taken up the newly-created role of Head of Customer Operations, and Andrew Anisi is now Senior Manager Contact Centre & Business Solutions.

Sherlock joined the firm in 2015 and has held several leadership positions across its operations teams, most recently as AIA’s Head of New Business.

In her new role, Sherlock leads the firm’s operational service and relationship teams across both new and existing business, partner relationships, and underwriting.

The role is also responsible for the development and implementation of AIA’s operations and service strategy.

Anisi steps into his new role from his prior position of Manager of Partner Relationships.

He now leads the firm’s Customer & Adviser Relationship teams to deliver customer, adviser, and partner resolutions via its phone and live chat channels.

Anisi joined AIA NZ in 2016.
