The Adviser Platform (TAP) has made two new appointments to bolster its operations and adviser support.
Pooja Shetty joins the firm as Senior Operations Specialist and, says the firm’s Managing Director Ryan Edwards, will play a “…pivotal role in elevating operational efficiency within TAP and further enhancing the member experience”.
Shetty was most recently with the Kiwi Adviser Network, and has a background in financial services including advisory and claims, as well as experience in liaising between lenders and brokers.
Naz Mistry joins the firm as a Compliance Specialist and Adviser Support – she was previously working at Partners Life.
“Her expertise will bolster TAP’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance and governance support for its members,” says Edwards.
“Naz brings specialist experience in supporting advisers to build their business from the ground up, whilst navigating the industry’s complex regulatory landscape.”
