Snap Fitness is the latest gym to partner with AIA to provide fitness assessments to members of the insurer’s Vitality scheme.
The gym franchise has 60 locations nationwide, with 22 across the South Island.
Seven Snap Fitness gyms across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch are offering AIA Vitality fitness assessments at a cost of $46, with AIA providing 50% cashback. Gym membership is not required.
AIA Vitality members can use the gym for six weeks free if they sign a new 12-month Snap Fitness membership, and can obtain AIA Vitality points each visit (up to 15,000 a year).
Membership of AIA Vitality can be added to eligible life, trauma, disability, income protection or health insurance for $11.50 a month.
The insurer says that since launching in 2019, AIA Vitality has attracted 50,000 members who have collectively saved millions of dollars in insurance premium discounts.
