Partners Life Moving to ‘Digital First’

Partners Life is switching to email communication for customers who want it, as part of the company’s plan to go ‘digital first’.

The firm says the move follows adviser and customer feedback asking it to reduce the environmental impact of its printing.

In a message to advisers, Partners Life says customers who would like to receive their communications via email can contact the firm to do so, or advisers are invited to to this on their behalf.

“It is important to note we can only accept one, primary email address to send policy-related communications to,” states the firm.

“In time we will be defaulting all applications received through MUM to email communications. More on this to come.”

In addition to these changes, the firm has updated the look and feel on some of its printed communications.
