Fidelity Life has launched a live chat option for advisers wanting information and advice from its new business and underwriting teams.
Once logged in to the firm’s Adviser Centre, advisers will see the live chat widget on the bottom right of the screen.
Depending on the query, it may be resolved by the new business team, or they may push the question to the underwriting team.
Live chat is available 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
