The Board of Financial Advice New Zealand has contracted McLaren & Associates to recruit a new CEO, following the departure of inaugural CEO, Katrina Shanks.
The financial adviser professional body is currently being led by Tony Dench as interim CEO while the board recruits a permanent leader.
The board states it is seeking an inclusive, innovative leader who will consolidate the work of the last five years for its membership and the financial sector, stamp their own mark, and take the organisation forward through its next period of growth.
Shanks is to relocate to Melbourne to head up ANZIIF with her first day being Monday 8 January 2024.
