Two short courses for financial advice providers have been launched by the Partners Life Academy to cover training and development, and complaints handling.
The courses are designed to help smaller financial advice providers and will take about 15-20 minutes each to complete, states the firm.
In a message to its associate FAPs, the firm states that its training and development course provides a robust process to implement and maintain training and development for financial advisers.
And that its complaints handling course outlines a process to implement and maintain effective complaints handling procedures.
