Changes to Chubb’s eApp means the requirement for non-residents to provide a copy of their visa when applying for cover has been removed.
The firm’s GM – Distribution Chris Hand says instead of supplying a copy of their visa, customers just need to answer a few questions regarding their residency and visa status to proceed with their application.
Updated copies of Chubb’s underwriting guide and application form are now available from its Adviser Hub and Adviser Resources Page.
Hand says this is the first in a series of initiatives the company has in the pipeline.
“The team and I can’t wait to share more about these with you as soon as we can,” he says.
Chubb has also extended its two months’ free and multi-benefit discount offers until 30 June 2024.
“With our 10% lifetime reward benefit added to the mix, we hope this continues to make a real difference for your customers,” says Hand.
