Swiss Re has appointed Lloyd Campbell-Gibson as its new Head of Life & Health Australia and New Zealand.
The company says he has more than 30 years of global insurance experience, most recently as Head of Life & Health Claims US, since 2016.
Before that, he held positions as Head of Pricing Africa & Head of Life and Health Client Markets Africa at Swiss Re, where he led pricing strategies and market growth initiatives across the continent.
Daisy Ning, Head of L&H APAC ex. China, says the New Zealand and Australian markets “…have always been an integral part of Swiss Re’s business, and we remain committed to bringing our knowledge and expertise to support our clients’ business aspirations.”
She says the firm is confident Campbell-Gibson’s “…extensive expertise and strategic vision will be a tremendous asset to the team.”
Interim Head L&H Australia and New Zealand Michael Paff will take on the role Head of Client Management L&H Australia and New Zealand.
