Partners Life’s upgrade to its Quote for Alteration digital tool is now live.
The insurer says in a statement that the new improved functionality is now ready for advisers to access within the Partners Life Quote software, noting the new upgrade enables a fully digital application experience (also see: Major Tech Upgrade at Partners Life).
When advisers login to QFA, they’ll now be able to apply for alterations and conversions for their clients.
The insurer says that most alterations can now be applied for directly through QFA. These include:
- Addition of new lives and new covers
- Reduction of covers
- Underwritten increases
- Conversions
- Exercising Special Event Increases
- Exercising Future Insurability Option Increases
Partners Life says QFA now contains all the required forms advisers may need for alterations. Depending on the changes requested, these include:
- Declaration of Continued Good Health (requested for policies underwritten in the last year)
- Special Events Increase questionnaire (requested when exercising Special Events increases)
- Personal Statement (required for policies underwritten over 12 months ago and for the addition of new lives assured).
QFA will identify the form required based on the requested changes and surface the correct form automatically, it says.
