A nationwide tour saw Chubb Life NZ’s CEO, Paula ter Brake meet with more than 800 advisers across 11 locations as she emphasised the important role advisers play.

Chubb Life says the company’s Midwinter Connect series event began just 24 days into ter Brake’s new role and ran for nearly three months, concluding in Invercargill in mid-August.

Ter Brake, alongside Chris Hand, General Manager – Distribution and 39 members of the wider Chubb Life team, met with advisers across Aotearoa/New Zealand to share what’s next for Chubb Life and discuss “…the important role advisers play in its mission to help more New Zealanders protect what matters most.”

ter Brake, who is a former adviser, highlighted the critical role advisers play in safeguarding the future wellbeing of local communities, regions and country and emphasised “…the importance of building genuine partnerships and underscored Chubb Life NZ’s commitment to consistently exceed the expectations of the adviser community.”

…Our growth over the past few years is a reflection of the trust advisers place in us…

“We’ve made it our focus to listen to feedback and worked hard to continuously improve our product and service offerings to meet the needs of advisers and their customers. Our growth over the past few years is a reflection of the trust advisers place in us to be there for their customers when they need us most. We do not take this for granted,” she says.

The company notes that the nationwide tour, which was across eleven locations from Auckland to Invercargill, included “approximately 5,000 handshakes, 3,000 canapes and over 13,500 kilometres of travel.”
