Craig Wagstaff, Head of Individual Life, now has an expanded role as Head of Distribution & Marketing “…reflecting the continued growth and importance of this area.”

Fidelity Life says Winspear’s move has opened up an expanded opportunity for Chief Claims Officer Seema Bangera who picks up responsibility for operations to become Chief Claims & Operations Officer. She will now lead the end-to-end customer value chain, across Customer Onboarding, Operations and Claims.
