Growing a More Resilient Advice Business – Webinar

0

Financial Advice NZ is holding a webinar in August discussing how advisers can grow a more resilient advice business.

The organisation states on its website that as remuneration models, client expectations and business conditions continue to change, many advisers are considering how to build a stronger and more resilient advice business.

Brendan Stafford.

“And with only 28% of retirees having a financial adviser, more New Zealanders need access to quality advice to plan for, and live well in their retirement.”

It says this webinar will explore why diversification matters “…how broader advice conversations can deepen client relationships, and how wealth management can complement the advice you already provide.”

“Drawing on lessons from Brendan Stafford of Staffords Wealth Management, the session will also share real-world insights into how wealth management can be incorporated into an advice business in a way that supports clients, strengthens your proposition and creates more sustainable revenue over time.”

It says by the end of the webinar, advisers will:

  • Understand why advisers are exploring new revenue streams to strengthen business resilience
  • Recognise how wealth management can enhance your client proposition and support longer-term client relationships
  • Understand the fundamentals of KiwiSaver and where advice opportunities may exist for your clients
  • Explore how wealth management can complement lending, insurance or other advice services within your business
  • Apply practical lessons from Brendan Stafford’s experience in incorporating wealth management into an advice business
Dave Copson.

The webinar also features Dave Copson, Head of Business Development at Booster, who brings more than 35 years of experience across financial advice, investment, and business development.

He has worked as a financial adviser, business adviser, and leader “…partnering closely with advisers to help them strengthen client relationships and grow sustainable businesses.” For the past decade, he has led Booster’s Business Development team.

The one-hour webinar will be held at 10am on August 5. Click here for more information.
