MDRT New Zealand has announced its new chair is Joel McLachlan, who was previously the organisation’s South Island Chair.

McLachlan succeeds Travis Hamilton who will step into the role of MDRT Oceania Chair in September. The previous Oceania chair was Australian Nick Longo.
The New Zealand organisation has also announced that its new South Island chair is John Gaudion of Queenstown. Christine Zhao will continue in her role as North Island Chair.
MDRT Experience Day

MDRT is also holding an ‘MDRT Experience Day’ at Boulcott’s Farm in Wellington on October 16 between 11am and 3pm.
McLachlan says the keynote speakers are Aaron Kane, from Melbourne Australia and Corey Williams from Christchurch.
He says the event will also see three MDRT members undertaking 10 minute “MDRT Speaks” sessions throughout the day.
The event includes lunch and is by invitation only. Advisers looking to attend can contact McLachlan on joel@advicekiwi.co.nz.
