Chubb Life says its tech teams have been working on several enhancements to give advisers more visibility over their customers and to speed up time during the application process.

In its latest update to advisers Chubb says its Existing Business Pipeline gives advisers a clear picture of all their existing customer policies in one place.

“You can quickly see all policies under your Adviser code, view policy details and arrears information as well as having customer contact details in one place.”

It says advisers can search by customer name, policy number or anniversary date to find what they’re looking for in seconds.

“It’s everything you need to keep your existing customers well looked after, right at your fingertips,” the company says.

QFA Dashboard Update

Chubb Life’s adviser email also points to a QFA dashboard update, highlighting a new “Submit” button that has been added “…so you can now send Quote for Alteration requests directly from the dashboard, without needing to download and email the quote separately. This will save you time and effort and speed up the process.”

It says on its website that once the change has been submitted:

  •  The customer care team will receive and action the request
  • The dashboard status will update to Completed when finalised
  • Both the adviser and the customer will be sent a copy of the policy alteration letter and endorsement schedule

It notes that if advisers need sum insured increases or additional changes, they will still need to contact Chubb directly.

The Chubb update also confirmed that the insurer is extending its 2 months free campaign until 28 February, 2027 “…so that it now aligns perfectly with our Multi Benefit Discount and Lifetime Rewards Campaign dates.”

It says this means customers “…can save on their premiums by combining our 2 months’ Free, Multi benefit discount and 15% Lifetime Reward on eligible new and existing Assurance Extra and Assurance Extra Business policies.”
