Financial Advice NZ Appointment
Financial Advice New Zealand has had a new member join its team.
Belinda Armstrong will be responsible for membership services, bringing a strong administration background and communication skills.
“I have a passion for ensuring organisations reach their potential and while delivering excellent service to clients and growing valued relationships,” said Armstrong.
“I have recently joined Financial Advice New Zealand as I believe all New Zealanders should receive quality financial advice to ensure they can build their financial health, wealth and wellbeing. I am looking forward to working with all the members and building strong relationships.”
Southern Cross Health Award
Southern Cross Health Society has been awarded Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers Award for the fourth year in a row.
It has also been rated highly in its communication to members during those years, as well as its quality of service throughout the claims process, including lodgement and outcome – which are among the key customer satisfaction pillars.
Southern Cross Health Society CEO, Nick Astwick, said the award was an acknowledgement of the hard work that went into consistently delivering outstanding service.
