Poll Result: Good Support For Trusted Adviser Mark

The majority of respondents to our latest poll – asking if they plan to apply for the Trusted Adviser mark from Financial Advice NZ – say they will.

The accreditation opened for applications in October and according to our poll 59 per cent of those who voted hope to be awarded the mark which can be used in their promotional material.

Of the other votes cast in our poll, 22 per cent aren’t sure if they will apply for it and 20 per cent said ‘no’ they wouldn’t. Only members of Financial Advice NZ can apply for the mark.

Katrina Shanks, CEO of the organisation, says the mark provides its members with a symbol that their commitment to professionalism has been recognised by a professional organisation.
