Fidelity Life has announced a number of appointments to bolster its support for advisers and customers.
The following appointments to new roles have been announced, which Fidelity said is part of its new sales and support model for advisers:
- Phil O’Keefe – Key Development Manager Health
- Ciara Thompson and Anna Frecklington – Retail Account Managers
- Leigh Austin – Professional Development Manager
Fidelity Life Chief Distribution Officer, Adrian Riminton, says the new model will help set advisers up for success in 2019.
“Our new sales and support model, backed by the wider Fidelity Life team, is focussed on setting up advisers’ businesses, and ours, for a sustainable and successful future with the customer at the centre of everything we do,” said Riminton.
The appointments follow those of Business Managers, Peter Warfield (Auckland), Andrea Reid (Bay of Plenty / Waikato), Gary Binnie (Christchurch) and David Telfer (Otago).
The insurer said that their business managers will offer advisers strategic support to help grow their businesses and their retail account managers based in Auckland will help advisers understand the Fidelity Life and nib offer and how it can benefit customers.
Fidelity Life said it is yet to appoint a second business manager for the Auckland region, a business manager for the Wellington/Central region and an additional retail account manager.
