Cigna New Zealand has launched a new quote tool for financial advisers, the first of a series of planned improvements the company says will help them.
The firm’s CEO Gail Costa says: “We’ve worked alongside advisers to build a new quote tool that not only meets their requirements but also streamlines their day-to-day processes, so quoting is simple, fast and intuitive.”
The company has integrated the tool with its policy administration system, so advisers can quote Cigna’s personal and business products – including life products – with real-time pricing. Any quotes already in the Cigna system will only be accepted until 11 June 2020.
Costa says the launch is “…just the beginning of a series of planned improvements to our tools that we have underway” to support advisers and transform the way the company welcomes new customers.
