Speakers for the upcoming Financial Advice NZ conferences have been confirmed with a wide range of experts and thought leaders heading the pack.

This year the conference is called Bounce, and is being held over four mornings at four locations across New Zealand – with all events also being broadcast online.

First off is Auckland on Monday 21 September at the Aotea Centre, with keynote speakers Dr Angus Hervey, a political economist, and cancer scientist Tane Hunter of Future Crunch.

The title of their presentation is called The Future and they will cover the frontiers of science and technology.

“Their mission is to foster intelligent, optimistic thinking about the future, and to play our part in creating a 21st century that works for people and the planet,” say show organisers.

Dr Harvey and Hunter consult to business, government and non-profits around the world, providing research on the impact of disruptive technologies.

Also speaking at the Monday event will be Sharon Zolner from the ANZ bank. She will give an economic overview of the economy with a view to the future.

Day two of the Bounce event is being held in Wellington at the James Cook Hotel, with a keynote address by Erik Qualman, a best selling author who has spoken in more than 55 countries. His presentation will cover technology.

Day three is being held at Rydges Latimer in Christchurch on 23 September. Founder of Thought Leaders Matt Church from Australia will deliver an address on the subject of Customer Connectivity.

He’s described by show organisers as a seeker of truth who challenges audience members to be the best version of themselves.

The final day of the conferences will be held in Dunedin on 24 September at The Dunedin Centre with a keynote address by Keith Abraham who’ll cover the topic of advice versus selling.

Each day will feature an optional Masterclass, booked separately, that will run for one hour after lunch.
