Nib Group has been placed 87th in the top 100 most diverse and inclusive organisations in the world according to a survey by technology company Refinitiv.
The health insurer’s Group Chief People Officer, Martin Adlington, says the ranking is a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to creating a “…safe and inclusive workplace, where every person is treated fairly, with respect, and diversity of thought is encouraged.”
Refinitiv reviewed 9,000 publicly listed companies and measured them across four key pillars including diversity, inclusion, people development, and news and controversies.
