Cigna NZ has appointed two new independent directors to its board.
Rob Ellis, the CEO of group insurance platform Sentro, an entrepreneur and company director, joined the board in August, replacing Mary-Jane Daly.
Ellis has experience in leading and directing companies in technology, media, financial services and digital.
Joining him this month as an additional director to the Cigna board is the former CEO (2010-2017) of Kiwibank Group Paul Brock.
Brock has an extensive background in the financial services industry including senior management positions with Westpac.
He is also a member of the Massey University Business School Advisory Board. Brock holds a Bachelors degree in Business Studies from Massey University.
