The Compliance Refinery is offering to review company disclosure statements to ensure they meet the requirements of the Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act
Clients can send their disclosures documents to the firm as a Microsoft Word file and it will be returned with suggested changes.
Steven Burgess, CEO of the firm, says the service is for those who may be struggling with the job of writing their disclosure statement and need professional help.
Prices start at $400 for small companies and those with more complex needs will be billed at an hourly rate.
“The complexity generally comes in around different types of advisers, authorised bodies and fee structures,” says Burgess.
