2021 MDRT Annual Meeting Virtual Event

The global MDRT organisation continues to pivot for its members in delivering its 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual Event, which will take place from 7 – 9 June.

In promoting this event to its more than 65,000 members across 70 nations and territories, the organization notes key highlights in 2021 will include:

  • A three-day main event featuring:
    • MDRT Main Platform
    • MDRT Speaks
    • Focus Sessions
    • ConneXion Zone breakout sessions
  • On-Demand Weeks lasting through to 9 July 2021, where attendees can access all Annual Meeting broadcasts along with new content focused on helping members nurture and expand their practices
  • Expansive digital networking opportunities including:
    • The MDRT People to Meet peer-matching service
    • Peer-to-peer video calls
    • Direct messaging and an event-wide live chat

According to the organization, the event will be delivered in up to 15 languages across three global time zones.

In its promotional release, MDRT says more than 200 sessions will be presented to members at this year’s virtual event, where qualifying members will be able to engage and network with others via live chat, direct messaging and peer-to-peer video calls.

It says that by tapping into the MDRT People to Meet service, advisers will be matched with like-minded peers from around the world, empowering them to grow their circle of expertise.

In what is positioned as the ultimate resource for financial service professionals, the organisation notes all event attendees can extend their learning experience with the four subsequent On-Demand weeks after the Annual Meeting Virtual Event closes. From 9 June to 9 July, MDRT’s members can view all sessions, broadcasts and additional content.
