A product bundling offer by Pinnacle Life has seen it shortlisted for an industry award for innovation.
The company, named a finalist in this year’s annual ANZIIF awards, says the offer enables its customers to buy Income Protection on the same policy as Life Insurance and get two policies with one set of underwriting.
“This award for innovation recognises how ‘insurers have successfully addressed issues by implementing change’,” says the firm. “It’s a competitive award and a competitive category in which to be recognised.
“This award means the industry recognises we are on the right track, and we hope that it inspires other providers to make the same kind of progress.”
