For the 11th consecutive year Partners Life has received a 5-star rating from the Lewers Life Insurance Benchmark Study based on the responses of just under 300 independent financial advisers.
The study measures the satisfaction of independent financial advisers in New Zealand, and says the insurer, “yet again” confirms it is servicing its financial advisers and their customers “…to the highest industry standard”.
The firm says that 2021 has provided many challenges to overcome and opportunities to take.
“Whether it’s been transitioning to the new licensing environment, Covid-19 or the many other changes the industry has seen, independent advisers have dealt with considerable change and uncertainty,” says Partners Life in a statement to the adviser community.
“Your feedback through the Lewers Life Insurance Benchmark Study is vital to us so that we understand what is important to you and how we can best continue to support you and your clients.”
