FSCL Conference – How to Manage Complaints

A one-day conference covering legislative and industry changes is being organised by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) on Tuesday 2 May.

The organisation’s fourth conference – Our Future is Now – will look at how to manage complaints, and provide the best client service, and will be held at Auckland’s Hilton Hotel.

Susan Taylor, FSCL, Financial Ombudsman and CEO says: “We have a packed programme tailored to helping all financial service providers.
