Financial ombudsman Susan Taylor will present the latest trends in consumer complaints against financial advisers, and outline best practice to deal with unhappy clients during a Financial Advice NZ webinar.

Taylor, CEO of Financial Services Complaints, will share lessons learned from resolved complaints and discuss recent cases involving advisers.

She will highlight what went wrong and provide insights on how to avoid similar pitfalls.

As the head of independent not-for-profit dispute resolution service, Taylor has more than 20 years’ experience in financial sector dispute resolution, and is highly respected in the industry.
