Record Keeping Poll Result

Almost half of those who have so far taken part in our current poll agree they need to focus more on their record keeping.

Our poll follows comments by Strategi Group’s Executive Director David Greenslade who says client records should be able to be provided quickly when a request is made.

“Anyone in a FAP who is appropriately qualified to handle a client enquiry should be able to go into the file – hopefully electronic – and be up to speed on the client within minutes,” he said.

Which one week to go before this poll closes, the results so far show that 52% of respondents believe they are managing their record keeping well, 45% indicate they need to work harder at it, and 3% aren’t sure.
