Chubb Life Insurance has appointed Linley Wood as an Independent Director to its board.
Paul Brock, board Chair at Chubb Life, says Wood is a welcome addition, adding that her appointment will “…play a key role in supporting management in their development and execution of the company’s strategy”.
Wood is an Independent Director on the board of BNZ where she Chairs the risk & compliance committee, and its due diligence committee.
In addition, she is a Trustee of the Melanesian Mission Trust, Auckland City Mission Foundation, Chair of the audit & risk committee at Auckland City Mission, and is the Deputy Chair, Finance Governor, and HR Governor of the King’s School Board of Governors.
