Southern Cross Health Insurance has appointed Andrea Brunner as its Chief Operating Officer. She started her new role on Wednesday 3 April.
Brunner joins the organisation from NZ Rugby, where she has been Chief People, Safety and Wellbeing Officer since 2022.
Before that she spent 12 years at Farmers Mutual Group where she held two roles – Chief Client Officer and Chief People, Marketing & Distribution Officer.
Brunner replaces Anthony McPhail, CEO Southern Cross Pet Insurance.
