TAP Group, the parent company of The Adviser Platform, has appointed Naomi Ballantyne as an independent director.

Pleased to be joining the TAP Group, Naomi Ballantyne.

Ballantyne has more than 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, including founding and leading Partners Life, until stepping down as the firm’s CEO this year.

Ryan Edwards, MD of The Adviser Platform, says Ballantyne’s market knowledge will be invaluable in supporting TAP Group’s mission of “…driving better outcomes for financial advisers”.

Ballantyne says she is excited to join TAP Group.

“Throughout my career I’ve proudly spearheaded some positive changes that have done great things for New Zealanders,” she says.
