Fidelity Life is offering a helping hand to its Dunedin City and Clutha District customers affected by the recent floods.

Customers facing financial hardship as a direct result of the flooding in these areas can apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to three months, with the potential to extend for up to a further three months, without affecting their insurance protection.

Applications must be received on or before 10 January 2025, click here for terms and conditions.

The firm’s Chief Commercial Officer Bronwyn Kirwan says the company feels for these hard-hit communities, who are dealing with repeated weather-related events on top of the higher costs of living.
