Quotemonster has announced the next round of its Adviser Debate Series following “hugely positive” feedback from advisers who attended the May events.
The company says in an announcement to advisers that this is not a typical industry event.
“Instead of presentations, we’re putting real advisers on stage to debate the issues that matter most to our profession, creating a more interactive, engaging and practical experience,” it says.
The format includes:
- Two adviser debates on topical industry issues
- Audience participation and live voting
- Practical insights and real-world perspectives
- Networking opportunities with fellow advisers and industry partners
The next events are in:
- Palmerston North – 21 July
- Wellington – 22 July
- Auckland – 25 August
- Hamilton – 26 August
- Dunedin – 16 September
- Queenstown – 17 September
Quotemonster says it will be releasing debate topics and speakers closer to each event.
The firm adds that one of the things that has made these events successful is hearing directly from advisers with different perspectives.
“We’re currently looking for advisers who would be interested in participating as debaters at any of the upcoming events. You don’t need debating experience – just a willingness to share your views and engage in a lively discussion with your peers,” it says.
