Elizabeth Brogan (pictured) is to lead the development of IT solutions and enhancement of existing technology tools to assist Kepa and its advisers as an Advice Technology Consultant.
She joins the firm on 10 February from IRESS where she was Senior Account Manager.
Brogan has an extensive work history with financial services firms in the UK and Australia in configuration and software development roles for financial advice software. She has worked in technology roles for 10 years and is certified in Agile Project Management.
The firm’s CEO Brendon Neal says Brogan’s role will include supporting Kepa’s policies, procedures, controls and reporting framework to create efficiencies, support best practice, reduce costs and optimize the strategic benefits of technology.
He says: “Technology will be a key differentiator for us and is business critical for advice businesses confronting increased regulatory scrutiny and compliance obligations.”
