Fidelity Life to Survey Customers on New Ideas

Fidelity Life is using research firm Qualtrics to survey some of the insurer’s customers about new product ideas.

In a statement to advisers the insurer’s Chief Product Manager, Peter Doherty, says it also hopes to find out what customers like, what they don’t like, and identify areas where improvements can be made.

“The insights will not only support how we shape our products to better meet the needs of the market, but will also provide us with valuable data on their preferences when it comes to customer experience,” says Doherty.

He’s told advisers a summary of its findings will be shared with them to help support their meetings with customers.
