When it comes to conduct and culture some sections of the insurance community have a lot of work to do according to the FMA.

A review it carried out earlier this year found that just two out of 42 insurers met its expectations in full, and only nine recognised customer vulnerability as a key issue.

So where are insurers falling short? What does this mean for advisers when recommending their products? And most importantly, what does this mean for clients?
