FAP consultancy and financial adviser support firm The Compliance Refinery has made two new appointments to its team.

Rachael Waterman (pictured left) has more than 15 years’ experience in administration, operations/practice management and PA roles within the accounting industry and is the firm’s Operations Manager.

Originally from the UK, Waterman grew up in New Zealand and spent 10 years in Australia before returning to Auckland.

Rachel Terry (pictured right) has more than 15 years’ experience working in financial services, primarily with banks in London and Singapore, and has been appointed as the company’s AML/CFT Manager.

She has more than 10 years’ derivative operations experience and her previous role covered AML, CFT and CDD at Bank of America.

Steven Burgess, CEO at The Compliance Refinery, says Terry’s skill set includes a “strong understanding of navigating AML/CFT regulatory and audit landscapes for all clients types across Asia Pacific”.
